1. Usually, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days once it is placed on the website. However, in case of pre-order items and made-to-order items, the dispatch timeline will vary and may take up to 7 days from the order date. Kindly take a note on this.
2. Shipping charges on COD orders is ₹149 which has to be paid in advance while placing the order.
3. All your orders will take approximately 5-7 days to deliver from the date of dispatch.

1. We are happy to offer return/exchange on any unworn items except any sale item and made-to-order item within 72 hours of delivery.
2. An exchange/return fee of ₹100 per product is applicable to cover logistics and handling costs.

4. For COD orders, a store credit will be provided within 7-10 business days from the day of return pickup on your registered e-mail address.
5. In-case of returns, a reverse pickup charge of ₹100 per product will be deducted, and the balance amount will be refunded back to your account in case of prepaid order or via store credit for COD orders.
