Shipping policy
- Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. ( Except for made-to-order products which might take more time to process )
- Shipping charges for all COD orders is ₹149
- We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1999. No code required.
- Due to surge of orders during sales, your products might take 3-5 days to ship from our warehouse.
- We do not have express shipping available. However for orders in Delhi or Noida, same day delivery could be made possible via Porter, Borzo. You may request the same by reaching out to our Customer Support via WhatsApp or email. However, the charges (as per actuals) are payable at the customer’s end.
- While or standard delivery time is 5-7 days, depending on the load on the logistics network during festive season or rush period, may extend delivery times beyond our control. We cannot assure delivery by a certain date under any circumstances.
